🧪 1 heaping tabelspoon baking poder
🍏 1 Apple, peeled and finely chopped
🥚 4 huevos
🧈 4 tablespoons butter
🌿 Several drops of Vanilla
🍠 1 heaping tabelspoon Maca flour (if accessible)
🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
🌿 Several pinches of ground Cinamon (to liking)

Instructions:
✅ Mix all dry ingredients together. Gently mix Apple squares into dry mix.
✅ Gently pinch the butter into the dry ingredient mixture, until all of the dry mixture has little butter clumps throughout. It helps keep the butter pockets if your butter is at least partially solid.
✅ In a separate bowl, whip the eggs. Then, into the egg mixture whip in the milk and Vanilla.
✅ Add wet ingredient mixture to your dry ingredient mixture, gently folding it in until the batter is barely liquid.
✅ Let mixture stand 3 minutes.
✅ Pour batter onto waffle maker or griddle, and cook until toasty Brown.
