1:1 Consultations with Brittany

  Original Instructions School founder, and Herbalist Brittany J Wilson, offers long-distance 1:1 consultations via WhatsApp Video, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. These 1:1 consultations are an opportuity for clients to work with changes in lifestyle along with Herbal medicine protocols in order to promote wellbeing and address underlying issues. It is important to note that these consultations are not recommended as a replacement to having your own main health care provider. Largely, we see the best results with Herbal protocols when coupled with lab work and an evidence based approach. Brittany specializes in reproductive health, hormonal balance, and some types of auto immune disorders. 

Here's what your consultation includes:

   1. One 1:1 video call consultation with Brittany via the electronic communication services shown above (whichever service is best for you)

    2. Your pre-consult intake evaluation, which is designed in an information-rich manner to maximize the results of your consultation

    3. A PDF write-up including Herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle recommendations based on what you're addressing

    4. An email or text message (whichever you prefer) with at least 2 sources where you can order or otherwise access the Herbal Allies included in your recommendations. 

    5. One follow up self evaluation form for you to complete 4 weeks after implementing the agreed upon recommendations, along with your feedback form. 

To book a 1:1 (video call) consultation with Brittany please follow the following steps:

   1. Book an open time* on the calendar below by adding YOUR NAME 1:1 in the event time/description when adding it to the calendar. Please only book a free 1-hour time slot, between 9am and 6pm EST, Monday through Saturday.

   2. Pay for your consultation by paying the fee shown on this product page. Our site does offer financing. If you are experiencing a health crisis and are without funds please email Brittany@OriginalInstructionsSchool.com.

   3. Complete the intake evaluation form you will receive in your email following booking. If you require accommodations to complete your intake evaluation before your consultation, please contact Brittany directly at the email address shown in Step Two.
