2026 Grant and Other Funding Opportunities for Survivors ❤️🩹🪶
As a Survivor of s*xual and reproductive trauma, it can be terribly difficult to go about paying bills, and existing with modern ways of Life. At times, it can feel as though we will never have a chance to heal while we are so preoccupied with merely survivng. Grants and other funding opportunities are available for Survivors worldwide, and are awarded in monetary grants, housing, vocational fellowships, and more. While these resources are certainly not a fix for Survivors, they can be extraordinarily helpful, providing a glimmer of ease during our most difficult moments.
Receiving even smaller grants and funding awards can nourish your resilience, giving You more Time to dedícate to tending to your Wellness - more time to come back to yourself in a good way.

Being well-supported económicly, as well as recognized for your incredible Life grows both your personal moral and momentum. And, while having your application or proposal accepted can be releiving, it's important to remember that it can be normal to hear "no"s before you hear "yes". When you are not awarded a grant or outside funding, it can still be a wonderful opportunity to receive constructive feedback, and also to begin building your relationship with possible future funding opportunities and/ or applicable resources.
Below, please find a few of our favorite reminders for your application process;
- Clearly profess your cause, as well as the solution(s) your proposal offers to the identified cause, early on in your proposal. If You do not catch your readers' attention early on it can be difficult to keep them engaged in your proposal.
- Project sustainability !! Clearly and coherently outline in your proposal how your practice, business, or organization will económicly support itself once your Grant funding is complete. How will your impact outlast your project? Think económic and community closed-loop systems.
- Try not to take application denials personally, but instead ask for constructive feedback. Frequently, a denial can be a great opportunity to request a meeting in-person or over video call in order to begin building your relationships with philatropic entities.
- While providing an accurate proposal budget, effective progress evaluation mechanism(s), and Project sustainability plan are all VERY important elements of your Grant proposal avoid obsessing on making every last details perfect. Authenticity can get your foot in the door, and set You apart from other applicants
